Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods:
- We ship using USPS and UPS. The shipping method will be chosen based on the best option for your shipment.
- We do not bill any shipping charges to third parties.
Order Processing:
- Most items are shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
- Larger items will ship via freight and must be delivered to a commercial address. Please refer to the item description for specific details.
Damages, Factory Defects, and Errors:
- All damaged items, factory defects, and errors must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item.
- For factory defects and errors, we offer a full return policy, including a full credit for the original shipping and handling, or a replacement.
- When returning defective items, please include a complete description of the defect. All defective items will be subject to the Manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Shipping Locations:
- To better serve our commercial truck customers, we have 3 shipping locations. Mendon, MI., McKinney, Tx., and Long Beach, CA. Not all of our parts are located in those facilities. Contact us if you have questions on this.
